

Martin’s consulting practice is
built around the complementary areas of: program and organizational
evaluation, designing and implementing performance measurement systems
and project management of major organizational initiatives. Martin
has led a wide variety of projects and evaluations for public sector
clients that included client and stakeholder consultations.
Martin is a graduate of the
University of Waterloo and York University. He holds a B.A.Sc., MBA,
the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and has received
additional training at the Harvard Business School in Corporate
Planning and Control.
He is a
member of the: Canadian Association of Management Consultants, Financial Management Institute of Canada, Canadian Evaluation
Society, Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) and
is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
When a team is required it includes at least one
Certified Management Consultant (CMC). This designation is earned
through a combination of experience, peer review and a rigorous
examination process. CMC’s are committed to continuing professional
development, and to a stringent Code of Conduct that must also be
applied to the work of all employees and sub-contractors. The
designation assures clients of a professional approach to doing
business.
